Earliest computing memory
Sega Mega Drive… I remember playing when Sonic was just Sonic and he had no mates just him against the world!
Ford Fiesta which was light blue in colour… very fortunate to have my mum buy it for me!
Football – Played at a pretty decent standard until my early 20’s, not sure what that would look like now to be honest!!!!
Toughest personal challenge
Running the Reebok Spartan race… Seriously challenging both physically and mentally.
Toughest business challenge
Making the move from a big established Recruitment Agency to at the time a start-up in Third Republic, toughest but without doubt the most interesting journey shaping and building a business for the future.
Quite honestly trying to decorate my son’s first nursery myself which looked terrible or trying to change a tire in a car park which took 3 hours… from a work prospective not understanding the benefit of specialising in a market space quicker both from a candidate and client prospective, adding ultimate value.
“Got Cloud” moment
Watching the Salesforce World Tour Keynote speech just before joining Third Republic… that was the moment I realised the world was definitely changing!
For some reason I have always wanted to be an RAF pilot… Can’t quite put my finger on why but it’s always been the case to this day!
