They are revolutionizing back and front-office processes to deliver value. Currently, they are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Director of Solution Engineering.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading a team of technical sales engineers
- Supporting large organizations in achieving their business goals
- Working closely with the Vice President of Solution Engineering
- Guiding a team of SEs on sales best practices
- Engaging with prospects and customers and offering demo if required
- Leading and driving a team to meet all revenue targets
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams within a global environment
- Working closely with VP of Sales to achieve business objective
- Presenting convincing solutions to prospects with differentiated business value
- Collaborating with Management team to understand account mix and pinpointing sales opportunities
- Recruiting and performing employee review
- Participating in strategic deals and supporting team members when they require to grow
- Problem solving and offering strategic approach to resolve issues
- Able to support the Solution Engineering team by providing guidance on sales
- Communicating effectively with Product Marketing, Development, and Sales Management teams
What You'll Bring to the Role:
- Proficiency with SaaS and ERP
- Director of Solution Engineering will be proficient with SaaS and ERP technologies
- Proven leadership expertise
- Strong communication skill
- Creative problem solving approach
- Solid experience in pre-sales
- Over 7-years’ experience in a pre-sales organization
- More than 5 years of experience in pre-sales leadership position
- Over 5 years of experience in ERP domain
- Knowledge in Cloud and Sales
- Multi-tasking and good time-management
