  • Develop cloud best practices to ensure solutions are scalable, immutable, and resilient.
  • Collaborate with technical, application, and security leads to deliver a reliable and secure platform in GCP/AWS.
  • Ensure cloud solutions adhere to best practices, standards, controls, and documentation.
  • Provide technical governance for infrastructure design, deployment, and operations.
  • Support a global engineering organization in multiple locations.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation.

Your team will:

  • Support a global engineering organization.
  • Collaborate with technical, application, and security leads to deliver a reliable and secure platform on GCP and AWS.
  • Enhance cloud availability, performance, observability, scalability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop cloud-focused best practices, building blocks, and patterns for scalable, immutable, and resilient solutions.
  • Steward shared data, services, tools, processes, and libraries.

About you:

  • 10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or production engineering.
  • Skilled in architecting complex cloud environments using best practices.
  • Experience with containerized applications using Kubernetes, GKE, EKS, or similar.
  • Proficient in deploying and monitoring highly scalable products.
  • Experienced with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar.
  • Proficient with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Comfortable with shell scripting and fluent in Ruby, Java, or Go.
  • Knowledgeable in DevOps best practices and observability principles.
  • Capable of leading and mentoring other engineers in DevOps best practices.
  • Skilled in diagnosing technical problems, debugging code, and automating tasks.
  • Experienced in securing systems in a public cloud environment.

  • Enjoy working in a distributed team: smart, ethical, friendly, hard-working, and productive.
  • Understand how to engage engineering teams as customers.

  • Health Package: Medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, mental health support, and a fitness reimbursement.
  • Savings: 401K matching plan—1:1 match up to 6% of salary.
