Snowflake Cloud Platform Engineer

Are you ready to take the helm in overseeing the configuration of software and data infrastructure services on the Snowflake cloud platform? We have an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to join a dynamic team committed to pioneering cloud infrastructure excellence.

As a Snowflake Cloud Platform Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, building, and optimizing cloud-based environments. this role requires a specialization with Salesforce Integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Plans and oversees the configuration of software and infrastructure services on the Snowflake cloud platform, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.

  • Infrastructure as Code Expertise: Manages cloud infrastructure as code, driving automation in deployment and administration.

  • Security Assurance: Ensures the security of cloud components, implementing robust measures to safeguard the integrity and confidentiality of data and infrastructure.

  • Collaborative Leadership: Collaborates with the DevOps team to manage and drive upgrades, enhancements, and software migrations, contributing to the successful deployment of cloud infrastructure and applications.

  • Continuous Improvement: Develops and executes code-based CI/CD deployment plans for new and existing infrastructure, in line with industry best practices, and develops and implements monitoring solutions for enhanced performance and reliability.

  • Integration and Capacity Planning: Collaborates with Development, Network, and Security groups, integrating their requirements in all environment build plans, and builds and maintains capacity plans for cloud-based deployments.

  • Innovative Implementation: Develops and implements technical efforts to design, build, and deploy cloud applications under the guidance of lead architects, including large-scale data processing and advanced analytics.

  • DevSecOps Enablement: Delivers continuous integration and delivery pipeline and standards, enabling common DevSecOps tooling in the cloud environment and empowering development teams with automated build, testing, and deployment capabilities.


  • Snowflake & Salesforce Cloud Proficiency: Extensive experience in architecting, building, and supporting the administration of cloud-based environments, including Salesforce, particularly on the Snowflake platform.

  • Code-Based Deployment Mastery: Proficiency in developing and executing code-based CI/CD deployment plans, aligned with industry standards and best practices.

  • Monitoring and Integration Expertise: Demonstrated ability to design and implement monitoring solutions for performance and reliability, and a collaborative approach in integrating diverse technical requirements.

  • Innovative Solutions: A keen inclination towards innovative technical solutions, including building and deploying cloud applications, data processing, and advanced analytics.

  • DevSecOps and Automation: Strong expertise in enabling DevSecOps tooling, and driving automation in build, testing, and deployment processes.

Expected Rate:
$100 – $130/hour – (Open to US Citizens and GC Holders only, no Third Parties)
