The Salesforce Architect plays a pivotal role in ensuring a robust and efficient architecture of the CRM Ecosystem, thereby enhancing business process effectiveness and efficiency. As a member of the Architecture Community of Practice, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining the technical architecture of the global Salesforce implementation, supporting both development and operations. This role requires close collaboration with Agile teams to guide the design and implementation in line with the program architecture. The Architect must ensure that the evolving design aligns with the overall program plan, actively participating in all SAFe events and supporting the team as necessary.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise to design, develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce-based applications within the broader CRM ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and build initiatives within an Agile framework, translating backlogged features and user stories into functional solutions.
- Drive architectural development from concept to deployment in collaboration with program and enterprise architects.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders and ensure effective knowledge transfer within the team.
- Address operational issues and contribute to disaster recovery efforts.
- Provide technical assessments and high-level estimations.
- Guide the integration of new systems and solutions.
- Mentor within the SAFe framework to maintain architectural integrity and coherence.
- Ensure compliance with stringent Security & Compliance standards.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a Salesforce architect or technical lead.
- Proficiency in code review, integration design, event-driven architecture, and data modeling.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (German is a plus).
- Willingness to engage in hands-on coding, configuration, or debugging.
- Interest in cutting-edge technology and innovative projects.
Technical Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, Service Cloud, integration, data management, customization, and the Lightning platform.
- Solid understanding of security and compliance requirements.
- Experience with agile methodologies
