Job Description:

As a Salesforce Health Cloud Developer, you will be a key contributor in developing and customizing Salesforce Health Cloud to meet the unique needs of our pharmaceutical client. Your technical expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud will be instrumental in creating innovative solutions that enhance patient engagement, data management, and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Custom Development: Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Salesforce Health Cloud, including creating custom objects, fields, Lightning components, and Apex triggers.

  2. Configuration: Configure and optimize Salesforce Health Cloud to align with the specific requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, including data model customization, workflow automation, and security settings.

  3. Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce Health Cloud and other systems, such as laboratory information systems (LIS), electronic health records (EHR), and supply chain management platforms.

  4. Data Management: Implement data migration and management strategies to ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with industry regulations, including adherence to HIPAA.

  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with pharmaceutical clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, offering technical solutions to improve patient engagement and operational efficiency.

  6. Compliance: Ensure that Salesforce Health Cloud solutions adhere to regulatory requirements, such as 21 CFR Part 11, and implement features to support regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical operations.

  7. User Training and Support: Provide training and support to pharmaceutical professionals and end-users to ensure they can effectively use Salesforce Health Cloud to streamline operations and improve patient outcomes.

  8. Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce Health Cloud, identifying and resolving performance issues and bottlenecks.

  9. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of custom development, configuration, and integrations, making it accessible to relevant team members and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification (preferred).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Health Cloud Developer.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Health Cloud, including data model customization, Lightning development, and configuration.
  • Experience with healthcare and pharmaceutical systems, including familiarity with electronic health records and pharmaceutical operations.
  • Strong knowledge of integration tools and strategies, such as REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
  • Solid data migration, data modeling, and database management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work closely with pharmaceutical clients and technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A commitment to improving patient outcomes and pharmaceutical operations through innovative technology.
