How is Third Republic different to other recruitment agencies?

Most mainstream recruitment agencies operate in the same way they did 10 years ago, sourcing talent off legacy CRM systems, job boards and Linkedin. Today, job seekers are increasinly behaving like consumers making decisions based on trust. Do you supply independent contractors?

Yes. For Salesforce skills, we operate a network of 12,000 vetted Salesforce experts. 5% of members are available at any given time, meaning we have 500 Salesforce experts available every week to start new projects. For software engineering, our contractor network currently stands and 35,000 and counting. At any given point, we have 1,750 contractors available every week predominately specialising in Javascrit technologies and platform engineering. Contractors sourced from our freelance network go through a rigorous 6 step selection process consisting of multiple interviews, thorough background checks and the same Geektastic technical assessments used by some of the world’s leading engineering teams.

Which locations do you operate in?

For Salesforce skills, we support customers accross the US, the UK and mainland Euorpe. For software engineerig skills, we support customers accross Germany and the UK.
