What You’ll be Doing:
• Mentor a small team comprising 6 engineers and enhance its efficiency
• Constantly try to automate and support different technology infrastructures
• Make the platform agile and autonomous
• Offer support to the security processes, which are needed in FCA audited environment
• Curate technologies to achieve the objectives on the roadmap of the platform
• Provide support to the security processes
What You’ll Bring in This Role:
• Good comprehension of AWS platform
• Expertise in Linux administration
• Experience working with Linux containers and also orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker
• Good know-how of Consul, Vault, Terraform
• Know-how of at least one language amongst the three: Go, Ruby, Python
• Expertise in devising and maintaining Kafka clusters
• Competency to tune and troubleshot performance of computers
Salary:
• Up to £120k + Bonus
