What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing precise and timely customer support by telephone and email.
- Handling complicated and high-level client enquiries.
- Troubleshooting and answering client's questions.
Pre-sales:
- Delivering killer product demo to distinguish the company from other companies.
- Responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
- Sharing customer requirements to Product Management teams.
- Maintaining a proper customer feedback channel.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
- Over 3+ year(s) experience with Salesforce in the Admin / PreSales and Solution Engineer role.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Almost one year working experience in the customer support role.
- Comprehensive knowledge in Salesforce.com platform.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to deal with complex problems and work on multiple projects.
- Perfect team player.
- Good networking skills and capacity to develop good rapport with customers and third parties.
- Capacity to withstand pressure.
