As a Senior Ruby Engineer in this company, you will be tasked with defining new project requirements and enhance product. By keeping yourself aware of the latest technologies, you will analyse the technological implication on the product.
What You’ll be Doing
• Delivering intricate projects successfully by using all the required resources
• Understand business requirements and then translate them into technical designs that fulfill those requirements
• Take technical architectural decisions by consulting architects
• Mentor other developers, manage delivery of their tasks and conduct reviews of codes
• Follow agile methodology
• Train other developers and document basic practices
What You’ll Bring in This Role
• More than 5 years of commercial development experience
• Expertise in multiple programming languages
• Expertise in fundamental technologies utilized by developers
• Good comprehension of micro service architectures
• Expertise in software security
• Good communication skills and confident in speaking publically
