What You’ll be Doing
• Gather requirements and monitor and execute fit analysis
• Perform tasks such as design, development, testing, deployment and documentation of solutions and leverage Salesforce platform’s features and capabilities
• Define technical architecture that might contain tasks such as authentication and integration across a multitude of systems
• Develop APIs
• Manage the delivery and development of solutions including tools, environments and also teams
• Be a stickler for the best platform practices and implement Salesforce solutions that are compliant with security parameters
• Comprehend and apply Agile methodology
• Build, lead and mentor a team of next-gen Salesforce practitioners
What You’ll Bring in This Role
• At least 5 years of experience working with Salesforce platform related with design/development consulting
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university/college. MIS or computer science degree will be preferred
• Salesforce Platform Developer Certification and one or more Cloud Consultant Certifications (in Sales, Service, Community and Marketing) are needed
• Hands-on expertise in working with system integrations utilizing API form within Salesforce platform and also integrations with other systems utilizing middleware like SOAP, REST, MuleSoft, Web Services, SOA/integration technologies and direct API calls
• Experience and in-depth know-how of Force.com platform for development
• Expertise working with Web Service APIs and the Lightning Platform (Aura /LWC framework), Apex Code (Triggers, Controllers and Batch classes), Visualforce pages, triggers, SOQL, SOSL, DevOps Stack (SFDX, Git, Jenkins), and many other code deployment tools
• Strong comprehension of object-oriented programming methodologies along with SOA (Service oriented design principles), design patterns and the best development practices
• Good understanding of data management, data architecture and also platform authentication patterns
