What You’ll be Doing
• Support major employers in the performance improvement of their sales
• Conducting market, industry, competitive and value chain analysis
• Performing gap analyses and building customer-centric operating models
• Comprehend and resolve technology challenges in the implementation of CRM technologies and deliver enterprise social platforms
• Design and develop platform-based applications
• Understand underlying problems in the client’s business venture and deliver Salesforce technology-based solutions for the same
• Supervise and manage teams to build an atmosphere of trust
• Facilitating improvement and innovation by seeking diverse views
• Helping the staff members who have less experience
• Communicating, writing, and presenting to every industry audience, client and staff member
• Develop client proposals
• Use your leadership ability to improve processes and generate a vision and direction to motivate team members
• Implement software configurations

What You’ll Bring in This Role
• At least 8 years of experience
• Bachelor degree
• Certifications: Certified Administrator, and/or Certified Developer, Certified Sales/Service Consultant
• Analytical skills to transform complex problems into actionable tasks
• Ability to understand customer trends
• Experience working with SAP, Oracle,, Marketo, or other SaaS and On-Premise ERP
• Proficiency in PC applications such as Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Project
• Leadership skills
• Long-term tenure and consulting background
