In your job role as a senior DevOps engineer, you will be tasked with building cloud-based infrastructure to ensure all systems work in a secure manner. You will work on the application tech stack that consists of languages such as Python, PHP, Redis, and NodeJS. As part of your job profile, you will support the agile way of work and mold the company’s DevOps processes.

What You’ll be Doing
• Work within DevOps team and support the agile way of working
• Create strong work relationships with the team members along with stakeholders from outside
• Help junior team members by offering them peer reviews, mentoring them, and pairing their work together
• Stay in the loop of current DevOps trends tools, practices, and technologies
• Analyze new technologies and help in introducing those technologies to the DevOps team
• Provide support in the migration of current infrastructure to a new goal Docker infrastructure and Elastic Beanstalk
• Develop AWS infra from code for every environment that is needed e.g., preproduction, testing, and production
• Create scripts for all infrastructure configurations to make sure that stacks/environments are organized as well as templatized into components that can be reused.
• Develop repeatable and automated build routines, which can be utilized for creating application containers that can be deployed
• Implement best security practices for every application and infrastructure that is worked upon by the team
• Ensure contribution and compliance of departmental and company procedures and standards
• Enhance the processes carried out by the DevOps team

What You’ll Bring in This Role
• Expertise in various Amazon Web Services such as API Gateway, Lambda, ElasticBeanstalk, EC2, VPC, CloudFront, IAM, RDS, Route53, S3, ElastiCache, ElasticSearch, and WAF
• Experience in programming in Bash along with one or more programming languages such as Ruby, Node.js, Java. Go, C++, Scala, and Python
