The primary goal of the Architect Lead is to guide and manage a team of dedicated architects ensuring the successful delivery of their tasks within the SAFe Agile Release Train. This role is situated in the IT department, which has evolved from a local IT provider to the global service provider for the core CRM application used by the business worldwide.. Our applications are utilized by up to 20,000 dealers and 3,000 call center agents globally.

As part of the IT Products & Applications department, the IT Team Manager will join an international team based in Maastricht, collaborating with colleagues and suppliers from across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the personal and professional development of your team members.
  • Help shape and implement IT strategies and action plans.
  • Oversee financial processes and budget management for your department.
  • Handle Purchase Orders and drive IT performance management.
  • Encourage innovation and adapt to the latest IT trends and tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and manage team objectives.
  • Lead recruitment and manage team stability.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT software development.
  • Experience leading a senior team
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM, Service Operations, or Telephony.
  • Experience with SAFE Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational tasks.
  • A flexible approach to work, with a focus on results and the ability to work well under pressure.
