Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum

Role Overview: As the QA Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. You will be leading the organisation strategy in the UK and responsible for both automation & manual testing processes, utilising a range of tools and concepts including Postman, Jira, Confluence, API testing, XML, JSON, Azure containers, Azure DevOps, and Azure Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and test coverage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test scenarios based on business requirements.
  • Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases.
  • Monitor and report on testing progress, defects, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Manage the coordination of testing activities across different time zones, particularly with teams based in Australia.


  • Proven experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on both automation and manual testing.
  • Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong understanding of API testing principles and experience with tools like Postman.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
  • Prior experience in the transport, logistics, or courier management industry is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to occasionally travel to the office in London as required.
