My client is a prominent provider of innovative educational products and services across Europe. They are currently in the process of transitioning to a fully cloud-based ERP and Customer-Facing CRM system, integrating Salesforce and Oracle NetSuite platforms. This shift involves significant technical transformation and streamlining of business processes across all operating companies.

As the Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in understanding clients' business requirements and translating them into effective Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. Taking end-to-end ownership of Salesforce implementations, they will be responsible for the current and future project scopes. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, they will analyze business needs and technical environments to ensure optimal solutions. Additionally, they will plan project activities, oversee their implementation, and collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and the team to design, implement, and deploy IL Service Cloud App evolutions and features. Embracing the latest feature releases will be crucial to address business needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand clients' business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of Salesforce implementations and project scopes.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical environments for optimal solutions.
  • Analyze customer needs and requirements, comprehending business needs.
  • Plan project activities and ensure their correct implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and the team to design, implement, and deploy IL Service Cloud App and features.
  • Utilize the latest feature releases where applicable for business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in customer services domains, business processes, business analytics, CRM, and change management preferred.
  • Solid foundation and extensive experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementations, possessing in-depth knowledge of all current platform features and capabilities.
  • Proficiency in business process design, including process documentation and change management, and ability to derive best practices for user adoption.
  • Understanding of integrations between external connecting systems such as ERP, Databases, and Portals.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud domain, particularly in Case and Knowledge Management, Omni-channel, Flow, Security & Access, Reports & Dashboards.
  • Ideally certified with Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant

Additional Details: This role offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional travel to the Netherlands required (approximately 3 to 4 times a year). Reporting to the Business Solution Manager Commercial, the Senior Application Specialist will be part of the Technology Operations team within Infinitas Learning Product & Technology. This position presents a growth path towards the System Application Specialist role, contributing to building functional solutions supporting standard business processes.
