Join a dynamic team working with a medium-sized financial services client located in the vibrant city of Berlin. As a Freelance Senior Cyber Security Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in onboarding and taking ownership of internal cybersecurity systems. This is a 3-month project with hybrid working arrangements, offering the flexibility of one day a week remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Seamless onboarding and transitional ownership of internal cybersecurity systems
- Providing ongoing support in technical interviews on cybersecurity personnel
- Daily review and evaluation of inbound security notifications on weekdays
- Planning potential mitigations and negotiating solutions with internal stakeholders and teams
- Evaluating internal written technical proposals
- Conducting security assessments of deployed systems for vulnerabilities
