Your Mission:
- Lead the Way: Guide a team of DevOps Engineers to develop and deliver efficient, cloud-native CI/CD capabilities, driving rapid and robust software development.
- Innovate Continuously: Improve core technologies to enhance developer efficiency and ensure safe delivery of changes to production systems.
- Empower and Mentor: Build a skilled, motivated team capable of delivering an effective technology platform for development and deployment.
- Strategize and Optimize: Contribute to the evolution of development standards and practices, identifying process efficiencies and driving continual improvement.
Your Toolkit:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Powershell, and experience in Jenkins, Microsoft SQL Server, Terraform.
- Exceptional analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management, and strong leadership qualities.
- Agile working practices familiarity, with a knack for motivating teams in challenging situations.
- Willingness to explore, trial, and propose new technologies and approaches.
