Summary: Our client is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) to join our technology team. In this role, you will play a key part in converting our existing codebase into Lightning Web Components, ensuring scalability, performance, and a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and system architects, to understand business requirements and technical specifications.

  2. Lead the migration of existing codebase to Lightning Web Components (LWC) in alignment with best practices and industry standards.

  3. Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, components, and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

  4. Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on solutions to improve user interface and functionality.

  5. Perform code reviews and contribute to the development of coding standards and best practices.

  6. Ensure the security, integrity, and performance of Salesforce applications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC).

  • Solid understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework.

  • Experience in migrating and refactoring code from Aura components to Lightning Web Components.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and RESTful API development.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Financial services industry experience is a plus.

  • Salesforce Developer certification is desirable but not mandatory.
