Your responsibilities will include providing support throughout the release cycle, configuring the application, and collaborating closely with Business Analysts and Project Managers.

- Reviewing and updating key custom components of the Salesforce application.
- Developing and managing business-critical systems.
- Providing support throughout the release cycle.
- General application configuration to meet business requirements.
- Collaborating with Business Analysts and Project Managers to gather and analyze requirements.
- Implementing Salesforce best practices and ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Salesforce development.
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 1+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development.
- Strong knowledge of Sales and Service cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning.
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and Platform Developer 2 certifications.
- Familiarity with insurance industry processes and practices would be a plus.
