Job Title: Platform/DevOps Engineer
Location: Fully remote in the UK
Salary: Up to £95,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and cultivate a 'you build it, you run it' culture while serving as an enabler and DevSecOps ambassador for the team.
- Engage in Software Development, applying best practices in one or more of the following languages: C#, Java, Go, or JavaScript.
- Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to provision infrastructure, manage services, and deploy services efficiently.
- Collaborate in defining and implementing DevSecOps/SRE direction, including the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools, and the adoption of best practices.
- Foster a collaborative environment by actively sharing knowledge and breaking down silos to ensure the dissemination of critical information across the team.
Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline development and management.
- Experience with PaaS and Cloud-Native stacks.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to promote knowledge sharing and cross-functional teamwork.
