This year is set to be a big year for the business and in order to capitalise on market share the CEO has created a new role for a Sales Director to devise and implement a successful go to market strategy to ensure that their success story continues.
What You'll be Doing:
- Devise and implement successful sales strategy to increase market share within the assigned geographical location
- Challenge prospective customers to consider a new and innovative offering
- Drive opportunities through qualification and closure while maintaining a pipeline enough to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
- Develop strong brand presence
- Use consultative approach to identify client needs and use detailed knowledge of products and solutions that fulfil those needs.
- Manage complex sales cycle with new customers by mapping out decision-making and approval processes, compressing timelines, negotiating contracts and closing business
- Recruit, lead and motivate a team of Sales Managers
What You'll Bring to the Role:
- 10+ years in software and/or applications sales
- Experience managing a successful Sales team
- Demonstrate consistent over-achievement of quota and revenue goals
- Experience selling through a partner ecosystem
- Proven track record of building satisfied, loyal and referenceable customers
