A comprehensive recruitment drive to source a Chief Technical Architect (also Certified Salesforce Technical Architect) in order to help direct the business to the next phase of their growth in the UK and throughout Europe.

This profile is one of the most in demand within the entire Salesforce eco-system. They are part of the A List celebrities of the cloud world and are courted by every Partner and major Salesforce customer under the sun. As a result they receive employment opportunities every day by hundreds of Recruiters.

The challenge was to ensure our story was told and stood out amongst all of this noise.

We devised a sourcing and engagement strategy that ensured our customer stood out from a very large crowd which involved building marketing collateral, creative pitches and many Skype and face to face meetings.

Therefore we worked with our customer to build a story that represented the vision of the company and why this role would be attractive to a group of people who are amongst the most sought after in IT.

The Results

Within a 4 week time period, we sourced, engaged, short listed, interviewed, and successfully completed our engagement by hiring a hugely talented CTA to join their team.
