Failing legacy IT was creating high profile outages at key times of the year that led the organisation to build a new technology model by implementing a new architectural capability heavily embracing cloud computing.

 

The Solution

Compounded by a difficult location, the engagement was to recruit and build their architecture team from a very small talent pool specialised in emerging cloud based technologies and data integration. 

 

 

 

 

 
Third Republic's methodology included a number of phases:
  • Working with the CIO and the COO of the organisation, identified and agreed the profiles to be hired from both a technical perspective and the philosophies that were needed regarding emerging cloud based technologies.
  • Assembled an interim recruitment team to act as an extension of their Internal Talent Acquisition function.
  • Devised a head hunting program utilising modern resourcing methods to source and engage prospects that other agencies were not able to reach. 

The Results

Recruited a blend of Freelance Experts and Full Time Employees ranging from the Head of Strategy & Architecture, The Head of Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise & Solutions Architects as well as vertical specialists within data and integration.
